The adult league is open to anyone 18 years of age or older and any skill level. Start times may vary so check the calendar to verify times.
USA Hockey has discontinued their support of roller hockey. SLIHC is investigating viable options.

Required equipment includes: USA Inline approved hockey helmet, skates, stick, elbow pads, knee & shin guards and gloves. Face shields or cages, chest protection and protective pants are optional but advised.
